ICFAI Group is focused on creating the leaders of tomorrow in the field of science and technology. To cater these needs, the University offers B.Tech. program at Hyderabad from the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE).Eligibility
Minimum 60% aggregate in Class X and Class XII examination or its equivalent with Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry (M.P.C.) and English as subjects.
Merit Scholarships
Based on percentage in 10+2 exam / Ranks secured in JEE (Main) 2014 / State Level Engineering entrance exam 2014. Additionally, merit scholarships are also offered in each semester based on semester-wise performance.
Admission Process:
Admission is through an All India Admission Test (ATIT). Alternatively, scores of JEE (Main) / State Level / Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests 2014 are also accepted.
Application Schedule for B.Tech. Program 2014-18
Applicants selected for the B.Tech. Program are required to pay the fee as per the following schedule.
Admission Fee:
The Admission Fee of Rs. 20,000 is to be paid by all the selected students of B.Tech Program on or before June 30, 2014.
Semester Fee:
All students joining the B.Tech. Program should pay the first semester fee of ` 85,000 on or before August 01, 2014. Students should pay the fee for all eight semesters, as per the due dates indicated in the Student Handbook.
Caution Deposit:
Students of B.Tech. Program are required to pay a caution deposit of Rs.10,000 along with the first semester fee. This deposit is towards use of library books, computers, labs and other facilities. The caution deposit will be refunded without interest (and after adjusting for dues, if any) to the students on completion of the program.
Remittance:
All payments should be made by way of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education - Fee Collection A/c”, payable at Hyderabad.
Accommodation and Transportation for Students:
Hostel facility is available within the campus. Limited hostel rooms are available at IFHE campus. However, Day scholars can avail bus facility from city to campus on payment basis.
