Kerala University of Health Sciences Act, 2010, applications are invited from various Medical, Dental, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Nursing, Pharmacy and Paramedical institutions affiliated to this University for Continuation of Provisional Affiliation for the college/course during the academic year 2014‐15.
Kerala University of Health Sciences Instructions:
1. Applications are to be submitted online and the facility is available in university web site www. kuhs.ac.in
2. Separate online application should be submitted for each course.
3. Fee for Continuation of Provisional Affiliation should be remitted as DD in favour of the Registrar, Kerala University of Health Sciences payable at SBI, KUHS branch, Thrissur
4. The applications of colleges who have remitted Annual Administration Fee for the year 2010‐11, 2011‐12, 2012‐13 and 2013‐14 only will be processed.
5. The colleges who have been granted Provisional affiliation for 2010‐11 and whose Bank Guarantee has expired should submit renewed Bank Guarantee onwards failing to which the application for continuation of affiliation for 2014‐15 will not be processed.
6. Last date of submission of on line application are 19/2/2014, 5pm.
7.The hard copy of application submitted online along with DD (single DD for all courses) and other enclosures should be reached to the university within 5 (Five) days of the closure submission of online application.
8. If there is any arrear in the students registration fee of 2010‐11, it should be remitted.
