JEST 2016 - Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) 2016 Admission to Ph. D. Programmes in Physics, Theoretical Computer Science, Neuroscience, Computational Biology in participating institutions, will be held on February 21, 2016 (Sunday), from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m at Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Aligarh, Bangalore, Bardhaman, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Guwahati, Indore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Kolkata, Kochi, Madurai, Mumbai, Nainital, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Roorkee, Sambalpur, Silchar, Siliguri, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur and Visakhapatnam.
Eligibility BSc. for Integrated Phd. and MSc. for Phd. programmes. Students in the final year of these courses are also eligible to appear for JEST 2016. Additionally in some institutions, B.Tech./ B.E/ M.E/ M.Tech/ 4 year B.S. may also be eligible for Phd/Integrated Phd programmes.
